Wet Ingredients
* 4 cups of peeled cored and grated apples
* 2 mashed bananas
* 1 teaspoon vanilla
* 1/2 cup vegetable oil
* 2 eggs
* 1/2 cup of chopped walnuts or 1/2 cup pecans (optional)
Dry Ingredients
* 2 cups all-purpose flour
* 2 cups sugar
* 2 teaspoons baking soda
* 1 teaspoon salt
* 2 teaspoons cinnamon
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. Combine all the wet ingredients in large bowl and mix well.
3. Combine dry ingredients in a separate bowl and mix well.
4. Add dry to wet ingredients and mix thoroughly.
5. Pour into an UNgreased 9"x13" pan.
6. Bake for 1 hour.
