Appetizer
Say there’s a book written about your life. Who would you want to narrate the audio version
Carrie Fisher. There's something about her voice that makes her sound as though she's always in on the joke.
Soup
Take the letters from your favorite kind of nut and write a sentence. (Example: Perhaps every avenue needs understanding today.)
Woody Allen loves nubuck umbrella tree stands.
Salad
If you could go back in time and spend one week in another decade, which decade would you choose?
1960s. I'd like to see, as an adult, what looked so cool to me as a child.
Main Course
Name a song that brings back memories for you.
"Just the Way You Are." Corny, corny, corny, I know. But it's accompanied by such a sweet memory!
Dessert
Do you prefer to wash your hands in cold water or warm water?
Warm

These are the thoughts and observations of me — a woman of a certain age. (Oh, my, God, I'm 65!) I'm single. I'm successful enough (independent, self supporting). I live just outside Chicago, the best city in the world. I'm an aunt and a friend. I feel that voices like mine are rather underrepresented online or in print. So here I am. If my musings resonate with you, please visit my blog again sometime.
The 60's were awesome and your soup is fuuny. Happy Wednesday
