Yes, I was! Got 5 letters written, approved and ready for tomorrow's client presentation. In case that doesn't sound like a big deal, let me explain --

I had to come up with two different ways to sell Personal Liability Umbrella Policies and three different spins on annuities. At times I think the writers around here who get to sell beer on TV have it easier.

However the day went by very quickly and I'm feeling quite satisfied with myself.
