DAY 02 -- September Fitness Challenge

I missed my workout today because deadlines loomed! So instead I was healthy by choosing my lunch with greater care than usual. My carry-out container included 3 compartments -- 1) roasted turkey; 2) chopped salad; 3) fruit salad. I'm telling myself that the fruit salad was my dessert.
