The Travolta Tragedy

I'm sure John Travolta and Kelly Preston loved their boy. It must have been horrible to lose their child, and I don't imagine that being in a foreign land over the holidays made any of it any easier. But ...

IF I HEAR ONE MORE PERSON SAY HOW AWFUL IT IS TO LOSE "THEIR ONLY SON," I WILL SCREAM!

What does that mean, anyway? Would it be less painful for them to get over the death of their daughter? Or that if you have two sons, one of them is disposable?

  1. I have one son and three daughters and I would be equally devastated to lose any of them. I'm tired of hearing that too.

  2. People say the dumbest things about tragity. No parent should ever have to go through the loss of a child. It is devistating to even imagine, and I will hug
Ringo and cry for them, because, I cannot hug Mo.

  3. I meant I would hug Romeo, as to hug Ringo, I would be hugging ashes.

  4. I just wish that the media would allow all families to grieve privately. When did Entertainment tonight and other entertainment shows start thinking that we wanted needed to know all about celebrities? Of course the Travoltas' feel terrible, why use that as a teaser?
I think you pay more attention to the words used by others given the job that you do. Too bad others didn't.
