Day 19 -- September Fitness Challenge

An apple/blue cheese/blueberry salad, two hard-boiled eggs and yogurt with blueberries on the bottom.

That's protein, calcium, fiber, and vitamin C.

A filling and nutritious way to spend my time stuck here at my desk. I'm waiting to hear from Sears that I can pick up my new DVD player. It's just a few blocks away and I'm hoping I can rush over and get it before I'm missed.
