These are the thoughts and observations of me — a woman of a certain age. (Oh, my, God, I'm 65!) I'm single. I'm successful enough (independent, self supporting). I live just outside Chicago, the best city in the world. I'm an aunt and a friend. I feel that voices like mine are rather underrepresented online or in print. So here I am. If my musings resonate with you, please visit my blog again sometime.

I'm Indi-a Mood for Love
That's the name of the OPI polish I got during my spa pedi. Prior to my luxury soaking, exfoliating, moisturizing and painting, I got a reflexology massage. Veronika, a Russian lass, worked wonders on my neck, wrists/hands, and especially my feet. Which is why I think of Tuesday as Tootsie Day at the Spa at Colonial Williamsburg.

I am so jealous. I went to college in Williamsburg and have never enjoyed a spa treatment at the Inn. I repeat: I am so jealous! But if anyone deserves to be pampered for a few days, it's you!
ReplyDeleteLOL, last time my sister went for a pedi the woman charged her extra because her feet were so nasty. For some reason, when she told me that story she bragged about it.
ReplyDeleteOooh, I LOVE that color! The massage sounds heavenly.
