These are the thoughts and observations of me — a woman of a certain age. (Oh, my, God, I'm 65!) I'm single. I'm successful enough (independent, self supporting). I live just outside Chicago, the best city in the world. I'm an aunt and a friend. I feel that voices like mine are rather underrepresented online or in print. So here I am. If my musings resonate with you, please visit my blog again sometime.
Green eyes are definitely the best.
ReplyDeleteHave a great week!!
I like your reason to smile....very good, honest answer. And "IT" ---my daughter [who's over 40] fears the clown too.

Pennywise scared the shit out of just about everyone. I don't know one person who read that book who wasn't forever after scared of clowns.
ReplyDeleteI love that you are kindred spirits with Katie. I see a lot of that character in you. (I loved that movie, too.)
I played as well and as you can imagine, not one answer was one word long.
:-)
Chapstick is pretty essential.
ReplyDeleteHave a great Sunday

I swiped this from you. Love the Groucho quote. Love Groucho!
ReplyDelete1960s nostalgia, but no pot? How did that happen? ;)
ReplyDeleteThat Groucho quote made me laugh out loud... not just the lol, but a real chuckle.
