"I'm walking, yes, indeed."I walked 4.5 miles today. To the vet, to CVS, to the grocery store. It was a beautiful day -- just over 70ยบ and sunny. I thoroughly enjoyed being outside, on foot, listening to a "Cat Who ..." book on my headphones. I haven't done it in ages. I should do it more often.
