These are the thoughts and observations of me — a woman of a certain age. (Oh, my, God, I'm 65!) I'm single. I'm successful enough (independent, self supporting). We just finished our annual reviews a couple weeks ago. This is the first time I had to give the reviews to my department and I think I was more nervous than the people getting reviewed. Despite this, I was still very nervous to get mine. Three months until the quarterly reviews.
