So went the message I received from my buddy today. I was so happy to hear from him! He works on the other side of the Loop, he's married now and lives in the burbs, and we just kinda drifted apart. But this afternoon we caught up on his job, my job, his summer, my summer, our Cubs ...He sounds very settled into his married life (complete with stepson) and I'm glad. Being sweet and thoughtful like this is so like him!
