These are the thoughts and observations of me — a woman of a certain age. (Oh, my, God, I'm 65!) I'm single. I'm successful enough (independent, self supporting). I live just outside Chicago, the best city in the world. I'm an aunt and a friend. I feel that voices like mine are rather underrepresented online or in print. So here I am. If my musings resonate with you, please visit my blog again sometime.

All he gets from me is dirt!
Here's my nephew's Easter gift -- authentic Wrigley Field dirt. I was going to get him an official MLB Cubs watch, but this was the same price and somehow I think he'll like the idea of dirt better.
wow. I've heard of pieces of Jerseys, bats, pants, batting gloves, baseball "skin" even bricks and seats from the stadium but dirt? Has to be ridiculously profitable... you can just dig more from the dug out until it's 20 feet deep. :)
Please note: If you have a WordPress blog, I can't return the favor and comment on your post unless you change your settings. WordPress hates me these days.
Clever idea!
ReplyDeleteThat's really cool, I'm sure he'll get a kick out of it.
