I LOVE TO be lazy. 

I SOMETIMES wish there were more hours in a day for TV, books and baseball. 

I FEAR losing my independence. 

I MISS my friends Henry and John. They died within two months of one another in 2024 and not a day goes by that I don't wish I could pick up the phone and talk to one of them.  

I CRAVE savory more than sweet these days. I wonder why.  

I CHERISH my cats, Constance MacKenzie and Roy Hobbs.


I AM IMPATIENT WHEN I feel misunderstood.

    I can relate to your last answer....being misunderstood. This seems to happen with me more when I send a text. sigh. This is why I prefer face to face conversation.

    I am looking forward to lazy days. One more year of teaching and then it will be my reality. And I fear losing my independence, too.
